We may, in our sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, problems identified by our fraud detection systems, or errors in your order.

Your receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute our acceptance of your order; it merely confirms that we have received your order. We reserve the right to contact you to confirm details of your order, request additional information, or inform you that we are unable to fulfill your order. An order is accepted, and a contract is formed, only when we ship the products in your order and send you a shipping confirmation email. At that point, the sales contract is concluded for only those items actually shipped to you. If your order is shipped in multiple packages, you may receive separate shipping confirmation emails, and separate contracts will be formed for each shipment.

We may require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We also reserve the right to limit order quantities, impose conditions on orders, or cancel orders if we suspect fraudulent activity, unauthorized use of payment instruments, violations of these Terms, or activity that may cause harm to us or others. If we cancel your order after your payment method has been charged, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed or shipped, but we cannot guarantee that modifications or cancellations will be possible. 4. Pricing and Sales Tax

All prices displayed on the Site are in United States Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of sales tax unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. We strive to ensure that all pricing information is accurate, but errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error after you have placed an order, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be canceled automatically, and if your payment method has been charged, a full refund will be issued.

The prices displayed at the time you place your order will be the prices charged, subject to acceptance of your order and correction of any errors. We reserve the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including after an order has been submitted, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment method charged.

Sales Tax

Applicable state and local sales taxes will be calculated and added to your order total at checkout based on the shipping destination address. You are responsible for all sales taxes, use taxes, duties, customs fees, and other governmental charges imposed on your purchase. The amount of sales tax charged will be displayed before you complete your purchase. We are required to collect sales tax in jurisdictions where we have a tax obligation, and tax rates and applicability are subject to change based on applicable law and your shipping address.

Payment Authorization and Holds

When you place an order, your payment method may be authorized and a temporary hold may be placed on the funds. Your payment method will be charged when your order is processed and prepared for shipment. If your order is canceled, any authorization hold will be released, though your financial institution controls the timing of when released funds become available to you, which may take several business days.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders placed through Grindvixy are generally processed within 1 to 2 business days following successful payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times within the United States are approximately 3 to 5 business days depending on your location, shipping carrier operations, weather conditions, holidays, and other factors beyond our control. Delivery time estimates do not include processing time, weekends, or holidays.

You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, returned, or undeliverable due to incorrect, incomplete, or invalid address information provided by you. If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal of delivery, or an undeliverable address, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges to re-ship the order, or you may request a refund subject to our Returns and Refunds policy.

Delivery and Risk of Loss

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and are provided for informational purposes only. Actual delivery times may vary. We are not liable for any delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance (for international shipments, if applicable), weather events, natural disasters, strikes, civil unrest, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and title for products purchased from the Site pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. Once your order has been delivered to the shipping address you provided, or has been left at that address in accordance with carrier delivery protocols, you bear all risk of loss or damage. We encourage you to inspect all packages upon delivery and to report any damage or missing items to the carrier and to us promptly.

7. Returns and Refunds

Customers may request returns and refunds in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy. We accept returns within 30 days of product delivery for eligible items, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in our Return and Refund Policy. Free return shipping is available for approved eligible returns within the United States.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method after returned items have been received, inspected, and approved by our returns department. Please allow reasonable processing time for inspection and refund issuance.

Non-Returnable Items
